開始對從中國進口的無金屬罩閥門和塑料噴霧器進行反傾銷調查墨西哥經濟部于 2007 年 10 月 17 日在官方日報發布公告，決定對從中國進口的無金屬罩閥門和塑料噴霧器（稅號為 9616.10.01）進行反傾銷調查，現報告如下：
- 2007 年 5 月 21 日，墨西哥 OLAN de México, S.A. de C.V. 公司向墨西哥經濟部提出申請，要求對從中國進口的無金屬罩閥門和塑料噴霧器進行反傾銷調查。
- 墨西哥經濟部接受該公司的申請，并設調查期限為 2006 年 1 月 1 日至 2007 年 3 月 31 日。
- 感興趣方可到墨西哥經濟部國際貿易慣例總局領取調查問卷或從 www.economia.gob.mx 下載。感興趣各方資料應于自公布之日起 28 個工作日內送抵墨經濟部。
- 2008 年 4 月 18 日，墨西哥經濟部將就此舉行聽證會。
